The traditions. The favorite foods. The familiar seat at the table. The person you expected to share the season with.

The ReWrite™ Friendsgiving: A Place at the Table is a special holiday gathering created for men and women learning to live again after the loss of a spouse. It is an evening to gather with people who understand that gratitude and grief can exist in the same room, and that remembering the person you love does not mean you cannot also make room for laughter, friendship, hope, and new memories.

Together, we will share a beautiful Friendsgiving meal, enjoy meaningful conversation, connect with others walking a similar road, and pause for a special time of remembrance honoring the husbands and wives who are no longer physically seated beside us.

There will be space to remember.

Space to give thanks.

Space to laugh.

Space to connect.

And space to recognize that even when life looks different than we imagined, we do not have to walk into this season alone.
