This mentorship was created for you—the one who writes in tears, wrestles with identity, and wonders if your voice still matters. Here, you’ll be reminded that obedience is powerful. That brokenness can still birth beauty. That your story, written in faith, can set others free.

The Mission
At Called to Write, my mission is to help you say “yes” when God places the pen in your hand. As your mentor, I’m more than a guide—I’m a trusted companion on the journey, someone who has walked through seasons of doubt, loss, and surrender and knows firsthand the healing power of writing with God.
I openly share my personal experiences and testimony—moments of both heartbreak and breakthrough—to offer encouragement, clarity, and wisdom rooted in real-life faith. I’ve walked through deep valleys: identity struggles, unexpected loss, and the pain of grief—first with the sudden passing of my mother, where God rekindled the call to write, and then again through the heartbreaking loss of my husband just one year later, which led me to fully embrace my call to write. In every season, God kept whispering, “Write.” Writing became my lifeline. It helped me heal. And now, it’s how I help others heal, too.
That’s why I’m passionate about mentoring writers like you—those who feel the call to write but struggle with doubt, distraction, or surrender. This mentorship isn’t just about completing a project—it’s about transformation. It’s about discovering your identity in Christ, finding your voice through life’s storms, and learning to write from a place of healing and obedience.
